All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and interfaces, are owned by Untapped AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
We strive to provide 24/7 availability for our AI solutions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates as needed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduled downtime.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untapped AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, your access to our services will be revoked, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
